When a website is called up, a large amount of data - including personal data - is automatically transmitted over the Internet. From a technical point of view, this is necessary for the website call to work at all, and also to be able to provide you with the best possible result.
Whenever, for example, you call up a website, a picture is retrieved from a server, an external plug-in (or script) is loaded, a video is streamed or one of the many other transmission options is used, your computer sends data to the server, from which you call them up. This data is logged by every server. The logging takes place, for example, for

• adapted output of the website or files so that they are (can) optimally displayed on your device

No pseudonymization or anonymization is used for security protocols, since then no conclusions about potential attackers would be possible. The legal basis for data processing with consent is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The legal basis for data processing by sending an email is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If the aim of contacting you by email is to conclude a contract, Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR is the legal basis for data processing.

The processing of the personal data from the contact form is only used to process your request or contact you. If you contact us by email, there is also a legitimate interest in the processing of personal data. Other data that is processed in the context of sending and the associated processes are used to prevent or clarify misuse and to ensure the security of the IT systems.

Your data will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected has been achieved. This is the case if the data entered in the contact form or the data sent by email are no longer required for the conversation or answering the request, provided that there are no further statutory retention periods to the contrary. The data that is also collected in connection with the dispatch of the data will be deleted after a period of 7 days at the latest.

The consent to data processing can be revoked at any time. In this case, however, the conversation cannot be continued or the request cannot be processed further. In the event of an objection, all data stored as a result of the establishment of contact will be deleted, provided that there are no statutory retention periods to the contrary.
